Edna supervises the winemaking at the Drunk Monk Winery. Notice the hoist in the background, which lifts and lowers full carboys. Ed built his hoist based on a design created by Crazy Tom at his mountaintop Bodega.

Ed and his two sons built a room on the back of his house for making wine. They call it the "Drunk Monk Winery" and this is the "Leesburg Monastery".
